Does anyone have Ken Stone's EZ-Life rub recipe? This goes back to the early 2000's

This an old recipe back from the Stumpbaby days. Early 2000's.
Ken Stone use to sell a rub called "EZ-Life". He stopped selling it due to health issue and passed back in 2012.
Does anyone have the recipe or something close to it? @RRP had posted Ken's Blue Smoke recipe, but I can't find the EZ-Life rub. Almost 20 years and I still can't find a rub that I like as much as Ken's!
