@BeanHead - another (as they all are) great cook and banquet plate right there. I'm sure all enjoyed.
Aged out of the wine vortex a while ago but from wine memory that looks like a great pairing.
To be honest-any wine you enjoy is great. As is any bourbon.

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
