XL-eggspander/Woo-with extension/2nd grid

XL-BGE, will a full packer 18lbs.+, fit on what I will call the extension or 2nd grid up in the dome without scorching or touching. Anyone tried it? Results? Just a thought. I can try it with some bolts on my medium grid but thought I might ask and avoid the pain of failure.

i can scrunch an 18 pound brisket in my large and you can ball up foil near the ceramic to keep a brisket from touching it if you have to. remove foil when the brisket shrinks. i doubt you would need to scrunch or make a foil barrier with an xlfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
