Conversation started: I told you to label anything you put in the freezer idiot (after 55 years of bliss I’m calling idiot enduring).
Obviously didn’t improve from there. 
Set out in fridge for a few days and unwrapped but still not positive if beef or pork. Decided it’s beef but no idea what. So put it on the Egg. 
After thawing it still smelled fine so i cut it up and here it is.  
Guessing i really should have labeled it. 
Worst case will have a very happy Poodle. 

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    The SURPRISE meat turned out very good. Worcestershire sauce, Montreal Rub worked well.
