Beauty! Never tried them on the grill, just figured they would be too tough. Any tips? Do you parboil the gizzards first or do the whole cook on the egg? About how long and what temp?

I use lemon pepper, garlic salt & garlic powder. No parboil. On grill at 350/400 for about 30 minutes.BeanHead said:Beauty! Never tried them on the grill, just figured they would be too tough. Ahhh yes, my DH is not a parts eater. So they are almost all for me, our puppers don’t believe they get their fair share.

Arghhh! Thanks for the tip! Would have thought these would be a tough disaster on the egg. I used a Tunisian Berber spice mix on them and they came out like the best shawarma ever.
