Longtime Egg Owner needs help

I bought my Large Big Green Egg from the old headquarters location near Peachtreen Airport at the Eggtoberfest about year 2000 or 2001.  I then bought my small Green Egg the year The new headquarters location opened in Tucker again at the Eggtoberfest.   I am in need of a new firebox for my small. They have changed how they cover their warranty items. It used to be that I called the headquarters, they checked my records and sent me the replacement firebox. Now, they want me to register my egg purchases with proof of receipt ( lots of luck- 25 years later) .  I dont have what they want so i can get a new firebox.  Anybody have ideas how i can resolve this? 
What year did the headquarters move from The Peachtree Airport?
