A weekend this time of year with no one under the weather is hard to come by, so we got together.

Oooh! I roasted beets in foil on the coals yesterday and was gonna pickle them today, but now I’m having beet salad with our lunch! Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks, not much other than the four individually shown. I transferred the two birds to the big Concave board and left the potatoes, carrots and gravy in the clay pots. The condiments on the right side top to bottom are extra dressing for the beet salad, cuke, mater, onion, mango pickle, plain beet.Stormbringer said:Amazing!
