Hello everyone,
Myself, SWMBO, and the adult kids are going to upstate NYC for a wedding in September then going to the City for 3 or 4 nights. I am looking for somewhere to have a nice B-day dinner. I have searched the interwebs and needless to say there is an over abundance of information. I thought I would ask you wonderful and knowledgeable folks for ideas. Then I could start making a list. Thank you in advance.

I would post on the main page as it gets more traffic. Also give the search function a go as there are many archived threads about dining and being a tourist in NYC. The 911 Museum is a must-do.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Hey there! That sounds like a great trip
September’s a nice time to be in New York. For a fun and special birthday dinner in the city, there are so many good spots. If you want something a bit fancy, places like Le Coucou or Gramercy Tavern are really nice. For a more fun vibe with your adult kids, you might like L’Artusi (amazing Italian) or COTE, which is a Korean BBQ place with a cool atmosphere. If you're into views, check out The River Café in Brooklyn or Peak NYC at Hudson Yards both have great food and awesome views. I found this blog that might help you plan things too: https://gowithguide.com/blog/how-to-plan-a-trip-5-essential-steps-5730 Hope you have a great birthday and enjoy the city! -
Thanks @alltoowelltay! I will definitely look into those places.Midland, TX XLBGE
