Mr. Pig is about to become tomorrows lunch for my baby girls! Last week my youngest daughter (pregnant) and my oldest daughter decided that "THEY NEEDED PULLED PIG!" and I was the 'chosen one' to do the honors.
Oh, they specifically requested (demanded?) JJ's Rub as the rub of choice. Thanks JJ...again.
