Butts and Sausage

Starting early today, temperatures were in the 60’s and you could just about imagine football would be on all day. Started two butts early and went around 9 hours then FTC. Smoked a roll of Italian sausage for 3 hours with meat church voodoo and basted in garlic SBR. Did a block of cream cheese with bbq rub and honey.

Fun day, great friends… very blessed.
