Cleaning the inside of the dome??

I need to find the serial number on the inside of my dome. I’ve tried cleaning with some solutions with no luck. Any recommendation on a solution/chemical? Or, is a high temp burn the way to go? Thanks.

My egg never had a serial number. You should be able to file a claim with your original receipt.

Wire wheel in a drill. Took me about 20 seconds. My number was on the lid in the back down by the felt

Mine never had a serial number either. I looked long and hard but it's just not there.
But I scanned my original receipt to a PDF and when I needed warranty service it was easy to use that.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
