Split stuffed and wrapped. Been doing a few of these lately with some good deals we came across. 

This one was stuffed w/
peaches
Mickeys coffee
walnuts
ham
havarti

glazed with 
pulverized 
peaches 
cherries
coffee rub 

home made Mac and cheese again.

    Beautiful. Just curious what's considered good deal on pork tenderloin in your neck of the woods, here in Southern ON the cheapest is $2.99/lb when on sale. I know sometimes beef is cheaper here than AB when on sale, go figure.

    You sir, have the crustiest loins I've ever seen a man post a picture of, that wasn't on a porn site. Love your cutting board too but be careful of that live edge. It's soft, so don't get your perfectly crusty loins anywhere near that thing, it'll suck up any loin juice like a sponge, regardless of if you were done handling your loin or not.
