Can I get a round of applause for Smobot and the folks who own them?

Had my first problem with the Smobot today, after more than two excellent years of service. It suddenly went blank and quit a little over an hour into the cook, and nothing I could do would bring it back to life.
Opened a help ticket on their website and got a reply in about one minute, offering suggestions.
I tried what they said and it miraculously started working again. That's great customer service, and on a Sunday morning!

You are right, they have THE BEST customer service.
