Stall question

9# butt at 225 has been in a stall for 5.5 hours. Is that normal? Started at 10pm last night and still at 165. Thanks!

225 is too low. I usually go 275-300 for butt,many others go even higher. Bump up the temp or if you are in a hurry wrap in foil and bump up the temp.

Thanks! I bumped it up to 270 and stall ended along with a rising internal temperature!!!
