Ribs, pork butt, and brisket always good. I can’t get a decent smoke at all. Why?

Hit the search feature here and you will many threads regarding the BGE and the ring. It is elusive at best but can be improved with rub enhancers. FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

Sure, smoke rings are sexy, but I care more about flavor. If the meat knocks them off their feet, they forget about the smoke ring.
