Large BGE For Sale Delray Beach, FL

My Brother-In-Law passed away last year (RIP) and his wife wants to sell his large BGE. I got him into egging and he actually attended Eggtoberfest with me a few years back. The Egg is large and about 10 years old. It was lightly used and is in really good shape. It has all grates, a nest, a plate setter, and the compositie side tables.
Someone offered her $250 sight unseen but that seems kind of low to me. Any thoughts on pricing is appreciated and if anyone here is interested please let me know. I don't have pictures right now but can get some if needed.

$250 seems low to me as well. I would be willing to give it a good home for $350-$400.
