Lawn Ranger,[p]Looks tasty. Did you use a wok topper? Also, what is that smokey contraption?[p]Dave

    <p />Davekatz,
Nope, no topper. [p]The chimney vent control is a prototype of the "Wave" made for me by MickeyT (Mick Tinnon). It's kind of a one size fits all version of his famous "Rings", and essentially acts like a Daisy Wheel. I've grown very fond of this thing and haven't used my Daisy in over two years. Unfortunately for us, I understand that Mick retired from producing the "Wave" while he still had his sanity. [p]Here's a pic of the "Wave". Note the various holes and the stainless butterfly that is used to regulate air flow.[p]Mike
