I have just purchased an adjustable ligand 2 half stones for my XL. What are suggestions for cooks. I am not the best cook but I try.

I would try ribs to take advantage of the adjustable rig. Or maybe Over the top chilli. You could also roast a chicken over a pan of vegetables. Lots of cool options.
I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Maybe a spatchcock chicken?

My first cook was BBQ chicken pieces. Easy to do, great results, cheap, no special ingredients required. Highly recommended.Plymouth, MN
