For a Large Egg, would I get the 17.375" griddle or the next size down?
And does anyone have one and use it? -
I’ve lived without these for 10 years. Do I really need them?IL

Need, absolutely not. But I like them.LetsEat said:I’ve lived without these for 10 years. Do I really need them?Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

Go to their website. Click on the BGE logo. It'll tell what size(s) are needed for each size of BGE.JohnfromKentucky said:For a Large Egg, would I get the 17.375" griddle or the next size down?

Bought a set for my Anova oven. I know these things are assembled from multiple extrusions/panels that slide together. Anyone know the width of an individual panel?“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk

Just under 12” I believe

5 1/4” for standard ones but I think the Pro Grade are a little wider.HeavyG said:Bought a set for my Anova oven. I know these things are assembled from multiple extrusions/panels that slide together. Anyone know the width of an individual panel?

That's for the grate. For the griddle, it goes by size.caliking said:

The Large BGE takes 13.75" grill grates, so if the griddles are similar dimensions, you need 13.75" griddles.
I don't know if the 15" would work. It might.
In looking at the website, they are 9 3/8" wide. So, you buy one griddle, not a set of griddles.
The hard part is that there won't be a lip and no matter which length you buy, it will slide on your grid.Clinton, Iowa -
My bad. Didn’t read your post carefully enough.JohnfromKentucky said:

The grates for my Anova oven arrived today and they are just a tad wider - 5 5/16", and they have no holes in them.Photo Egg said:

Thanks @Photo Egg. Happy belated birthday to me! Haven’t opened the box yet. Anything I need to do prior to using them except maybe washing them with some mild soap and warm water?

Sorry, didn’t know the Anova used the griddle version.HeavyG said:
