I am always shocked how economical pork is - even now.

I just scored a great Berkshire pork chop, tomahawk for $8/lb. Great eats. Looks awesome!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++Austin, Texas. I'm the guy holding a beer.

I buy whole pork loins at Costco and break them down myself. They usually net out 15 chops plus two small roasts. Cheaper than hamburger by a long shot.Michiana, South of the border.
