Same here, but I was correcting @theyolksonyou spelling. You can make dirty rice balls with Zatarain's mixes.loco_engr said:

Our local Walmart carries that boudin and we get it every now and then. It's really good...not as good as buying out of a rundown gas station in nowhere Louisiana good but still good.
-
I ate an entire 12 oz package of boudin for dinner last night. Delish______________________________________________I love lamp..

What is boudin?Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ!

In the Houston area we get Zummo’s, DJ’s and Frenchy’s at most stores. I prefer the Frenchy’s “hot” variety. If I feel froggy I’ll skip over to Herbert’s for their offerings which happens every now and again. To me that’s the best we have to offer locally which is why I always keep a cooler in the tru k bed when I hit SLA. Theirs is far superior.LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas

I liked the flavor of Richard's better . . . Zummo's had a nice little bite at the end, HTHPhoto Egg said:let us know what you think of it compared to the last stuff you cooked Dan.aka marysvilleksegghead
