Feel less crazy.
I am glad to know I am not the only one who fires up the egg for a 4 minute pork chop cook and to carmelize some onions and apples.
Sure the stove is right there, but where is the fun in that?

@DoubleEgger the only weather that ever stops me is incredibly high wind, otherwise rain, snow or shine, me and the Egg are just fine.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

@RRP yeah luckily my wife takes it in stride. She just gets upset when I use here stuff for a new recipie. She does the shopping and shops for the week so when I use ingredients and don't tell her it messes up her plans.
