Mystery Meat

Has anyone else froze a meat and forgotten to label it?  I pulled out a bag I thought was some boneless short ribs but I think they’re steaks. Im buzzed too so that didn’t help.

    My stepson gave me an unlabeled frozen bag of venison to can for him.  Except it was half goose.

    Get a Sharpie and write “Bush Meat” on the package and throw back in freezer.
