I saw your post on the great looking steak, but now that I have a chance to write, it's way down the page![p]Looks fantastic! How do you cook Steak au Poivre?[p]I got me a freezer full of NY strips (had a few Monday and even my wife said they were good!) and I'd like to try something different.[p]
