Bread on the Egg

I have seen pictures of some pretty mouth watering bread made on the Egg using just frozen white bread dough. Could someone point me in the direction of some delicious bread recipes using frozen dough?

Thaw the dough in the fridge over night then set it out at room temp to rise for a couple hours. Let the Egg burn and stabilize for an hour before baking. -RP

AZRP,[p]Thank you, but I meant more along the lines of recipes using white bread dough and adding things, such as cinnamon or other goodies. I want to know what people have done using frozen white bread dough on the Egg.

it's really very simple... let the dough rise per the package instructions...
sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, then bake on the pizza stone/plate setter at 400-420. you can season however you'd like... dried rosemary is good. one time i slit the top and poured in a line of honey[p]<img src=http://my.erinet.com/~pnsonr/biggreenegg/9dec06_1-023.jpg>

Both of these are just the frozen bread dough from the grocery. I wasn't sure how to cook them so I tried it with a pan and without a pan. Both turned out great.[p]

just add some herbs like rosemary and you will be fine...[p]
