Ribs again!

<p />My wife didn't think these were as tender as the SuperBowl ribs. I think they were darn close to the same but these were definitely more done. Had one slab break in two on me and the meat was pulling away from the bone when bit into. Snow was a little deeper too.

Actually it was close to 40 today. A heat wave!
Gonna be the same Tuesday with rain so I expect the snow to go away by evening.
