This just appeared on my EweTube feed.
Measurements are in metric, enough instructions in Engrish to follow along (although I don't know if the potato was boiled or roasted), and many of the steps are in a font/language that I don't recognize. The dipping sauce appeared to have honey and some other liquid, not sure.

Godammit. That looks gooey delicious. Even if the dough/bread part is just pretending to be a vehicle for the cheese and tater mix.
The script looks Korean. The mayo they use looks like a bottle of Kewpie, but it doesn't look like Japanese script.
