Man, that looks fantastic. I gotta try those scallops! I did some digging and found this pic of one of my first salmon cooks on the Egg. It's still one of my favorite Egged foods. Does using the cedar add a lot more flavor?[p][p]Just look at that semi-virgin gasket, grate and plate setter. Alas, Lola was just a pup...[p]Cheers,[p]Scott
