Always wanted to do SV carrots, but somehow haven’t yet. Just butter and herbs in there, or honey too?

Spinach, mushroom, and quinoa risotto - topped with pecorino romano when plated.
Out of the hot tub and to the MM for a quick sear.
SWMBO and I split the ribeye, my brother-in-law had the strip.
Plated shot - Santa Carrota ribeye topped with a peach and heirloom tomato chimichurri. Washed it down with a Fog Mountain Pinot Noir.

Made the “Ultimate Peach Cobbler” in the kitchen hot box due to things outside being locked down for Hurricane Henri.
I highly recommend the Santa Carrota steaks - the cows are grass-fed and finished on carrots - very tasty.MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.
