I said no, noway, thats.... Mrs.C likes boarshead turkey breast for her lunch, so I needed find an alternative.


Going in the fridge to finish cooling then vacuum wrapping. Three will be put in the freezer whole for latter use but I imagine they will be finished in less than two weeks.
She loves turkey.
