    @gonepostal - First up great cook.  Skirt steak- the hidden treasure.  Congrats.
    Given you are making this effort, I am going to bracket it up.  I have so much less interest in the run-up but I do have the play-in game rolling now. Once this gets serious (Friday) I will likely get sucked into the vortex for more years than I can recall ( and likely before you you were on the planet .  (Matters not.)
