    No not really...anymore I use a combination of char crust rubs and Dizzy pig stuff, garlic+onion powder..and inject and rub some Dales steak seasoning....It may resemble a meteor when done but thats good in my opinion...slice it as thin as possible, almost shaved...then..ENJOY..let us know the results.[p]Wess

    If you can give 2 or 3 days with the seasonings on prior to cooking it`s even better...
