What to do with spare rib trimmings?

I'm cooking a couple of butts followed by 4 racks of spares for the Superbowl. What do I do with the trimmings? [p]Thanks,[p]Ed

Grill them while the ribs cook and eat as a quality control measure. I have also grilled and chopped up for filling in ABT's

We love rib trimmings as much as the spares they came from.... [p]...these cooked a little hot but I don't mind a little char.... :~)

Egginator,[p] I de-boned it, ground it up, spiced it up and now it's in my freezer as Sausage..[p]

I cook them with the rest and kinda shred and chop it fin and add swwet bbq sauce or add some suger to the sauced you use. Then I make sanwitches with hawiann sweet bread. Sorta tastes like those pork buns you get at dim sum sorta. Anybody know how to make them pork buns proper?

Egginator,[p]I grind up my trimmings with some beef and make some really good hamburgers...
