Another Iced in Cook this weekend- Upright Lasagna

I made this dish before this one but forgot I took all these pics (and some adult beverages along the way helped).  Needs to warm up here in the ATX- I need to exercise vs  cooking all this food!

I was inspired by something I saw the guy who runs this site do on Snapchat- so lets give him credit. 

Took a springform pan- sauced the bottom and sides and tediously stacked 1.3 boxes of Rigatoni


Not shown is the Italian Sausage/ Hamburger Meat Sauce first, but this is the Ricotta cheese smear.  To do this I used a spatula and "pushed" what I could into the holes, then followed up with a hard plastic drink straw to push the mixes deeper into each noodle.  After this I did another meat sauce spread

First Slice- you can see the meat and cheese into the noodles


And the slice that got eaten.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

    Looks good.
    The person that came up with that idea tho  - I guess they were bored and just thought - "what's a much more difficult way to make lasagna?".

    Whats crazy is he rolled up and stuffed a pepperoni in every Rigatoni.  To your point I thought I'll just jam meat sauce in it.
