Cuban Skirt Steak with Mojo and Home Garden Salad

I love these Akusha skirt steaks, and did this one Cuban style with a mojo. 
All of the greens came from my hydroponic garden, and I hope that by this summer I’ll have tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and radishes too.

No, don't think that root vegetables will work well without soil; I have a couple of grow bags where I am going to do radishes and carrots. I will do tomatoes and cucumbers in a DWC hydro setup though.Sweet100s said:Have you tried garlic roasted radishes? SO good.
