Christmas dinner ham...

Morning All:
After the delicious Sausage/Cheese roll for breakfast we had a ham for the mid-afternoon dinner...It was a 7.14 pound ham...started it with a coating of Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ rub then onto the Egg indirect at about 275 dome temp with some Cherry for smoke...

I let it roll for about an hour before beginning to baste it with a mixture of honey, brown sugar, maple syrup, apple juice, apple cider vinegar & bourbon...basting every 15 minutes...

went about another 75 minutes until IT about 135...plated with the remaining basting sauce available if anyone wanted...

The table with the other dishes...sweet potato casserole (also baked in the other Egg), green bean casserole (brought by our company & warmed in the Egg with the sweet potato), slaw, buttered corn...

Another successful Egged meal!
