Traditional Christmas breakfast...

Morning All:
The traditional Christmas breakfast in the Taylor household is of course the Sausage/Cheese roll...prepped the night before & onto the Egg this morning indirect at about 375...
About 40 minutes later ready to come off...
The first two slices...
And my first plate (will probably have a couple more slices)...
As always, a great handful of breakfast (have been doing this for Christmas morning since before my first Egg)!
