Anybody put a touch of smoke on their Roast? if so ,what wood do you prefer.
Planning on Spinning my Bone in this year at dome temp of 250-275.. pulling at an internal temp of 130.

Go left of center. I used Brazilian hardwood lump sonits an oak and applewood and separate cook a cherry. Both were amaizing. Please dont put the rotisserie forks thru the good side of the roast. Go long ways if its a small rost.Columbus, Ohio

I'm doing one for Christmas we picked up last week. No smoke. In fact, I'm cooking it in the oven. At 200F. Nothing wrong with some smoke but to me and this roast it's an adjunct that diminishes my enjoyment.
