Briskets

Just pulled off 2 Costco prime briskets I smoked for a friend. They're done a little early. I let them cool to 180ish then wrapped in butcher paper then foil. Put in the oven at 170. I think they're gonna be happy. 

2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

    Looks great.  I'm sure your friend will enjoy.  Hopefully you got plenty of sleep while they did their thing.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    @lousubcap I got a couple of cat naps in. I checked on them more often for someone else's brisket than If I would have been doing them for myself.
