Stuffed Pork Chops

I think someone from here posted a jalapeño popper stuffed pork chop a week or so ago. If so, cudos to you, if not, I probably got the idea from Pinterest. Anyway, grabbed some pork chops out of the freezer from Costco and stuffed them with cream cheese, sautéed jalapeños and onions, cheddar cheese, onion and garlic powder, S&P. Rubbed with some MC Holy Voodoo. Should be good. 
Finished pics to follow. Plan on serving with some smashed red potatoes and followed up with trailer park banana pie.
