    I love that rub on steaks. Have never tried on burgers.

    How did you cook the ribs?
    Owensboro, KY.  First Eggin' 4/12/08.  Large, small, 22" Blackstone and lotsa goodies.

    How did you cook the ribs?
    I marinaded them with some Asian sauces for about 30 hours and cooked on XL at felt level using Gratemates.
    Really windy and raining but snapped a photo of the burgers that were cooked same way.

    Hope you guys had the whole street over for lunch. REALLY looks good. Got to try the ribs. 
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
