Pork Chops with Fennel and Caper Sauce

I adapted this recipe that we’ve been making many years to the Egg;

I used bone in pork chops from Sam’s from a multipack. Reverse seared, indirect at 300* to start, 550* sear. This was the best version of this recipe we’ve made so far. 


I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
