Stuffed pork loin...

Morning All:

Our second Thanksgiving dinner (with son, D-I-L & 4 grandkids) was today & the much better half wanted something different so I suggested stuffed pork loin...had a loin of about 4 pounds & stuffed with pesto, smoked gouda & cashews...ready to roll up...


Onto the Egg direct at 350 or so...rubbed with Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish...


Side dish was spaghetti squash...onto the other Egg to soften up...these took just over an hour at 350-ish...


A couple of the grandsons like "meat on a stick" so also did a few of those with chicken...also keeping the squash warm...


The star of the show sliced & ready to eat...



Everyone was very happy with the results!
