Two or three years ago the sales used to be much better. if I recall correctly bogo on the briskets once a year or so. Same with a lot of the steak cuts as well.

Thanks as I just saw that. I ordered from them last week and my brisket locker is well above the high-level alarm right now although I see where the 12-14 lb black grade is available.
I walked back from the cliff once today...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Damn. Just bought one this morning from local butcher to dry age for Christmas for almost the same price. If it is well received by extended family I'll have to watch for next year!
