    We live in the DFW area of North Texas... Wife just got back from aa hiking trip in Utah and brought back the brew

    I hope you enjoyed the brew and your wife enjoyed her trip.  Pre COVID I got to Moab once a month and they have some really good brews that they only sell at the brewery.  We don’t have many breweries in the souther part of the state where I live but for the most part they are all pretty good.

    Nice pizzas there.  Mrs' 500 says she wants to do homemade dough next pizza night, meaning I need a good recipe and technique to make pizza dough.
