Wasn’t my fault!Went to store for bread and found a nice pork butt on sale for .97 a pound. Had to throw it on as well.

Cooked at 300 and finished the butt closer to 350. Amazing crust on butt. I’m talking hit with a hammer to break it. I cut the outer bark into smaller pieces and mixed with the inner and still dripping juices when I pulled it apart.
