With the demonstrated cooking talents regularly shown by forum members, did BGE reach out to any of them to be event participants?LBGE, LBGE-PTR, 22" Weber, Coleman 413GGreat Plains, USA

I watched a couple of the videos last night. I wanted to like them, but they were hard to watch. The lobster guy literally put the tails on the grill, babbled for 10 minutes while opening the lid several times then took them off and squeezed lemon juice on them. Very basic and not very interesting. Agree with @dbCooper that forum talent would have been much more interesting.

I find them interesting. Chef David is entertaining. One video had to stop watching because of multiple zoom in and out, of course cannot watch shaky camera movies either.
Looking forward to today, great for BGE doing this, maybe in 10 years or so when people can get together we can get live videos from the event also.Dave

I've watched a few of the videos. Just finished watching Chef Leahy - definitely going to do his fish and mussels.
Looking forward, of course, to forum favorite Steve Raichlen do his thing in a couple hours.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -

Overcooked flank steak with chimichurri, szechuan veggie stir-fry.
Would've had rice with it had I remembered to turn on the cooker.
