Top band tabs.

You know those tabs they've been adding to the top band on eggs the last few years. Can I buy them separately for my for my older eggs?

The tabs are connected to the handle so not sure if you can just buy a handle and if so, would you be able to mount it to the old band.

I wasn't sure how they worked. I'll call me dealer and see what I can order a handle that way. Thanks @Calbbqer

There was a guy on the old forum many, many years ago that made these. I bet Ron ( @RRP) may remember.

Looks like Char Woodys old clip kit. Primo still sells/offers them.
I think Primo in the last year or so ships their units with these installed as standard equipment.
To retrofit one of these on the Primo you needed to drill into the base. It’s easy after you wrap your head around the fact you are drilling into the ceramic base.

People who switched out their bands to the newest style might have a handle with tabs laying around. They were on the past version.

As @6baluts said those were the design by Char Woody aka C~W. He tried to just give the idea to Ed Fisher, founder of BGE, but Ed refused. Shortly thereafter C~W dropped BGE and embraced Primo.
