PB Burnt Ends

Gave this a go yesterday for my neighbors 65th Outdoor Socially Distant Bday Party.

6/5# of Belly

All Seasoned up using John Henrys Pig Rub

Used a grill mat as I didnt have a grid big enough

Actually had trouble getting to 225-250

90 Min in stirred them around a bit

On to Step 2- Covered with Foil and put back for another 2+ hours

Pulled them out of the Butter/ Sugar Bath and stirred them around a bit in the Glaze- Apple Jelly, BBQ Sauce and Some Franks

I used a small grate I had and had them at 350 for 10 min- (no pic)
Finished product- these were gone in minutes from arriving at party.

Definitely will make again-likely at the holidays.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

I read this as "peanut butter" burnt ends...and clicked anyway.  Clearly I didn't get enough sleep last night.

Pork belly!  Got it.  Looks delicious.  Those are fantastic
