Looks like the pusher for a food processor to me. Red goes in the clear. If you have big items you use the whole thing to push them down. Thin items you would put the clear in the processor lid and use the red piece to push.

Yup, for a KitchenAid. My "narrow" pusher (shaddap, you in the peanut section) isn't red, but white. Much easier to wash/dry than that confounded bowl/lid....
